Join the Private Facebook Group for Strides

Please introduce yourself in the comments section at the end of this page and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions or concerns!

For those of you hesitant about Facebook. You can participate in Strides fully through Teachable. All lectures and live sessions are linked out, recorded, and posted here. Plus, you can ask me questions in the comment section. Nevertheless, the Facebook Private Group will provide more community for you. This is where you can share experiences, and successes, and get advice/encouragment from others who are just like you. Plus you can upload photos and videos to showcase your progress and ask questions.

If you are not on Facebook, you might consider joining only for this group. There are ways that you can join Facebook and choose not to participate in social media. You can choose private settings, use a different name (like your horse’s name) and you can select which “friends” can see you. For example, I only visit and interact on FaceBook with the horse community. The private “Strides with Amelia” Facebook group allows us to share videos, celebrate #successsunday, disseminate information, and support each other. I highly recommend that you try it.
